This video features a brief gameplay of my Cruel Angler robot on both Dead City and Moon maps. I won this robot from Tony WR's giveaway last month and it’s equipped with low level Claw (L7-9) and Sinister Talon (L2 MK2) weapons. To enhance its abilities & power, I've paired it with the legendary pilot Silvia Thorn and Armadillo drone.

Angler is a new robot that has one heavy and three light weapon slots, a physical shield, and a unique ability called Electric Shift. Electric Shift allows the robot to create an electric vortex around itself that damages the enemies inside it, accelerate and enter PHASESHIFT, and blind all enemies within its radius at the end of the ability. This makes Angler a very effective brawler and disruptor that can deal a lot of damage and survive in the heat of battle.
Some of the best weapons for Angler are sonics, blast charge shotguns, rust weapons, and radiation weapons. These weapons can take advantage of Angler's ability and deal high damage, bypass resistance or shields, or cause unrepairable or doubled damage. Some of the best modules for Angler are Nuclear Amplifier, Repair Amplifier, and Immune Amplifier. These modules can help Angler gain resistance, firepower, and mobility quickly during combat.
Overall, Angler is a very powerful and versatile robot that can excel in many situations. It is a great addition to any hangar and a fun robot to play with.
